We accept PayPal and Credit Card (Visa, Master Card or AMEX) on our site. PayPal Payments are processed directly through PayPal. PayPal transactions will appear on your statement as "PAYPAL*RUSTYUSALLC". Credit Card payments are processed securely through Payeeze.
Please allow 1-2 business days from the day your order is placed for items to leave warehouse plus shipping time. Please note business days are Monday-Friday and exclude federal holidays within the United States. Orders place on Friday after 12:00pm PST will ship the following Monday.
All Rusty deliveries are sent using FedEx Ground, 2-day or Express services. Cost are outlined below.

Warranty Apparel and Accessories
All Rusty product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 3 months from original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or unreasonable use or neglect. Please keep your order confirmation and invoice, as proof of purchase is needed
Any warranty claims need to be approved by our customer service team, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, phone number, email address and a copy of your online order. A return number will need to be issued before you can return any Rusty product.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your Rusty Online purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue you an exchange or full refund for the product, as long as it meets the following conditions.
- The item has not been worn, marked, used or damaged
- Includes all tags (including hygiene sticker for all swimwear) and packaging (unless faulty)
If you are wanting to exchange or return boxed or packaged goods, they must be returned to us in the original unmarked packaging & in good condition. For returns via post, please ensure you pack them inside a plastic bag and ship in a satchel. Should the packaging be marked or in unsatisfactory condition there may be a chance that we will not exchange or refund the goods.
Any returns need to be approved by our customer service team, please email email@example.com with your name, phone number, email address and a copy of your online order invoice. A return number will need to be issued before you can return any Rusty product.
Once your return is received and inspected by the customer service team your refund will be processed and credited to the original method of payment within 30 days.

The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Rusty USA LLC reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and that payment has been approved. Upon receipt of your order we will not accept any changes or decline your order for any reasons requested. Our online concierge will send you a further email confirming shipment of your order.
We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment and if we are out of stock of the product you have ordered. We have the right to refuse acceptance of your order at our sole discretion. If we cancel your order you will receive an email from us outlining the reasons. Full refund will be issued within 48 hours of this cancellation.
- Promotions, discounts and promotional codes are valid for the specified time period for online purchases of goods only.
- Promotions are valid for use on Rusty USA's web site https://us.rusty.com only.
- For promotions requiring a minimum order amount, charges for shipping and credits do not count towards the minimum order amount requirement.
- Promotions can’t be combined with other promotions or promotion codes.
- Promotions do not apply to shipping, or duties or similar services.
- If goods were purchased with a promotion and subsequently returned, you will be issued a credit or refund at the promotional price and, if the promotion has expired, it cannot then be applied to a replacement or future order.
- Promotions can’t be applied retroactively to previously placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted.
