How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1-2 days of processing and 3-5 days for transit on ground shipments.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship only within the USA.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel or change your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. To cancel or change please contact us at esales@us.rusty.com or call 949-336-8850 Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm PST.

What are my payment options?

We accept credit cards and Afterpay.

Do you deliver to PO boxes

We can ship to PO boxes for ground shipments only, express shipments are not eligible.

How much is shipping?

How long will my return take to process?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse please allow up to 7 days for your return or exchange to be processed.

What is your product warranty?

We have a 3 month warranty from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage caused by normal wear and tear, or unreasonable use or neglect. Please email our customer service team at esales@us.rusty.com for warranty inquiries.

How should I care for my Rusty clothing?

Always read the care labels for each individual garment, but a general rule is to wash on warm & let the product dry naturally – no dryer.

How can I get sponsored?

Send your sponsorship portfolio including event results, videos & surf pics to customerservice@us.rusty.com.
