Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it and that payment has been approved. Upon receipt of your order we will not accept any changes or decline your order for any reasons requested. Our online concierge will send you a further email confirming shipment of your order.

We reserve the right not to accept your order if we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment and if we are out of stock of the product you have ordered.
