Noa Deane has a killer attitude and surfs with all the uncoached raw style you could ever hope for. But, did you know his pops is Wayne Deane, legendary surfboard shaper? Here, a father with a not-so-dark past shows his son with a bright future how to feel out the volumes, rockers and concave. Then, Noa flows the board down the line at Snapper. Lineage!
The T-Dwart is a narrower thinner version of the original Dwart, coupling a performance rail and slightly more rocker. In addition, the double wing round tail produces a quicker more agile surfboard. The board works perfect in the smaller and more challenging conditions, and is easy to whip around. Most ride the T-Dwart 3-6 inches shorter then their standard shortboard.
The Billabong Rio Pro kicks off this Wednesday May 8th at Barra Da Tuuca in Rio De Janeiro Brazil. The top surfers on the planet will be taking to the lineup to battle it out for points and the first place spot, while thousands of spectators take to the beach to root for their favorite pro!
Rusty team riders Josh Kerr and Willian Cardoso have been down in Rio for the past couple of weeks prepping and training for the contest. Be sure to watch live and root Kerrzy and Willian on as they take on the rest of the CT and show off their competitive surfing skills.
Part of the Kerrection series, this is Josh’s go to competition board. Built for conditions the World over, from point breaks to beach breaks and everything in between. The Kerrosover has a single concave bottom, a performance rail, and Kerr’s performance rocker. We have added volume under the chest for extra paddle power, as well as a little width overall so Josh can execute his arsenal of maneuvers. Derived from the Jokerr DNA the Kerrosover is built to go!
